This body of work is a creative mixture of raw acoustic blues, Delta, hokum and New Orleans influenced blues with sprinkles of country blues. Some tracks resonate vivid visions of Morricone style sound tracks. The album is built around Isaiah's vocal temperament and self-accompanied guitar or ukulele recorded at the same time to simulate the experience of a live performance. Additional instruments such as blues harp, slide, vibraphone, flute, cello, percussion, accordion and sousaphone were also included to set the tone of the mood for each song.
